With winter quickly approaching, ski resorts nationwide are gearing up for their ski season.
The first ski resorts that have already opened for this year’s ski season since November 15 are Yongpyong Ski Resort and Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park.
Ski resorts to open soon are Vivaldi Park Ski World, High1 Ski Resort, Alpensia Ski Resort, Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort, and Muju Deogyusan Ski Resort, scheduled for November 22, followed by Welli Hilli Park Snow Park the next day. Bears Town Ski Resort and Oak Valley Snow Park will commence their ski season on November 28. Other ski resorts, including Yangji Pine Resort Ski Valley and Eden Valley Ski Resort, are expected to open in December.
Take note that some resorts may be open with limited slopes and facilities so please check the resorts’ official websites before visiting.
