The group BTS set a new milestone by performing solo at the U.S. top-ranking music awards ceremony “GRAMMY AWARDS.”

BTS set the stage with its digital single “Dynamite,” released in August last year at the 63rd Grammy Awards held at 9 a.m. on the 15th. She became the first Korean pop singer to be nominated for the Grammy Awards and even performed solo.

BTS was paired with global musicians such as Cardi B, DaBaby, Harry Styles, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, and Taylor Swift.

Starting a special performance in front of the huge gramophone (the first disc phonograph), the symbol of the Grammy Awards, BTS completed a performance linking Seoul to the Grammy Awards photo wall and downtown Seoul.

It was a performance that relieved the disappointment of winning the “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” award.

In particular, the night view of Seoul, including the Han River, unfolded behind BTS, which used the grand-scale helipad as a stage, spreading the beautiful image of Korea around the world. The video was filmed in Korea in the aftermath of Corona 19.

BTS, who participated in the Grammy Awards for the third consecutive year, was previously staged as a presenter at the 61st awards ceremony in 2019. At the 62nd awards ceremony last year, she performed with rapper Lil Nas X.

BTS, who has performed solo at all three major music awards in the U.S., including Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards, is honored to be nominated for the Grammy Awards along with prominent global musicians. “It will be remembered as a meaningful moment,” he said. “It’s all thanks to ARMY. “We will continue to move toward our next goal.
