This second year of Soribada’s award show was held at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, and hosted by Han Seok Jun and Son Dam Bi.
BTS has scooped the grand prize at the 2018 Soribada Best K-Music Awards. Officially called the Daesang, the seven-piece earned the award on 30 August in Seoul – proving that while they take over the world with their tunes, their loyalty is still very much felt in their home country.
The award ceremony is presented by P2P search portal and MP3 service company Soribada, and the winners are determined by Soribada’s internal data, international mobile votes, and ratings from professional critics.
