The lowest temperature of this year in the morning on Thursday, 16 November, will be minus 9 degrees and it will be the coldest this fall.
The KMA(Korea Meteorological Administration) estimated the temperature to be between minus 9 degrees Celsius and 5 degrees Celsius, with the highest temperature between 4 and 13 degrees.
An official of the Korea Meteorological Administration said, “The temperature will be lower by 2 to 5 degrees lower than usual, and the wind will be stronger, so the temperature will be lower.” The daytime temperature will be 1 to 5 degrees lower than normal.
The lowest temperatures in the morning are expected to be sub-zero in most major cities across the country, including 3 degrees in Seoul, 2 degrees in Incheon, 3 degrees in Suwon, 3 degrees in Daejeon, and 1 degree in Daegu.
