For this year’s Halloween season, Everland will operate a second season of Blood City event. During the Halloween period, the amusement park’s 100,000-square-meter site will turn into a scary world that features zombies and ghosts.
Everland rolled out the Blood City event for the first time last year and it was received well as the zombie craze, which has been spreading around the world for years, is still in effect.
The Blood City event will take place in the amusement park’s Alpine area, Safari World and the Amazon Express. To offer a more vivid experience to visitors, Blood City even has a story. Visitors will become investigation team members to find a survivor of the city where an unnamed virus spread 10 years ago.
Everland said the second season has an upgraded story as zombies escape from the prison camp. When visitors enter the large-sized gate to the Blood City they may encounter about 100 zombie actors.
At the Horror Amazon Express, horrific sounds and videos will be played on the large-sized screen to surprise guests. At the Horror T Express, visitors riding on the roller coaster may encounter the zombie crowd.
Furthermore, Safari World will turn into a horrific zone filled with zombies. At the stage in the Alpine area, a rock band in zombie costumes will perform.
For family visitors who bring children, Everland is ready to offer various kinds of entertainment as well.
The Happy Halloween Party event will take place along the Parade road of the amusement park, featuring classic Halloween characters such as Dracula, ghosts, skeletons and pumpkins. Visitors can receive candy after enjoying the Trick or Treat street dance performance as well.
