On the last night of the year, there will be a colorful fireworks show in Everland. Everland will show ‘Special Countdown Fireworks Show‘ for 30 minutes from 11:40 pm on December 31. 10,000 fireworks, three times larger than usual, embellish the night sky.
Prior to the fireworks show, the most popular performances will be presented to visitors this year.
Everland characters Lenny and Lara introduce major performances such as ‘Shooting Water Fun’, ‘Carnival Fantasy Parade’, ‘Happy Halloween Party’ and ‘Moonlight Parade’, and perform a gala show on the spot.
Actors appear in a mini stage set up in the audience and dance time with the customer. If the party atmosphere is as high as the gala show, the countdown will be announced at midnight and 10,000 shots will be celebrated for the new year in 2018.
Everland will also hold an annual concert of ‘Adieu 2017 Winter Delight Concert‘ by the violinist Park Ji-hye, the promoter of the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, at the Grand Stage indoor performance hall for one hour from 9:30 pm on the 31st. 10 songs including classical as well as christmas carols and all drunks are played in a unique collaboration with violin, piano and rock band.
Everland opens four hours later than usual and opens by 1 am the next day. The buses to Gangnam, Yangjae, Suwon, Yongin and Bundang Seohyun also extend to 1:30 am.
