EXO-CBX, a three-member sub-unit of popular nine-member K-pop boy band EXO, will hold special edition concerts in Japan in April.
Its agency SM Entertainment announced on Saturday that the subunit will hold “EXO-CBX ‘MAGICAL CIRCUS’ 2019 ― Special Edition” concerts at Saitama Super Arena on April 16 and 17, and at Kobe World Memorial Hall on April 27 and 29.
The sub-unit toured Yokohama, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Osaka last year. The agency said this year’s concert in April will be a special version of the previous year’s concerts.
Formed by SM Entertainment in 2016, the sub-unit is comprised of Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin.
EXO-CBX’s hit songs include “Hey Mama!” (2016) and “Blooming Day” (2018).
EXO debuted in 2012 and found stardom with hits including “Growl” (2013) and “Call me baby” (2015).
