Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas presents year-end holiday cakes
The Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas has come up with a special selection of holiday cakes. Grand Deli, located on the first floor of the hotel, will offer 12 holiday cakes from Dec. 2 to 31. They are presented by its head patissier Eric Kalabo from New York. The 12 include “Ginger House,” which is a steady seller in winter, and “Chestnut Cake,” a Mont Blanc-style cake topped with chestnut cream. Those who do not wish to purchase entire cakes can grab classic log-shaped cakes or small cupcake sets.
The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun
Novotel Dongdaemun launches special buffet
The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels and Residences will provide a French dining special buffet for those who want to enjoy year-end parties. At its buffet restaurant Food Exchange, its menu features fruit de mer, a seafood dish of raw and cooked shellfish and tartiflette, which is potato gratin. In addition, raw fish, sushi, noodles, and barbecued meat will be available, making the promotion the best place for year-end gatherings. To celebrate Christmas, roast turkey and lobster will be served from Dec. 21 to 25.

Park Hyatt Seoul presents winter package
The Park Hyatt Seoul is offering a “Winter at the Park” package, a seasonal promotion crafted especially for guests in search of the perfect winter break in the heart of the city. Available until the end of the year, the package features breakfast for two at Cornerstone, Hinoki hand soap and hand pomade from handmade perfume brand Le Labo, and a 20 percent discount on all food and beverage purchases at the hotel. Suite guests are additionally offered a bottle of red wine and complimentary use of the hotel sauna. Macaroons are provided for guests making bookings through the official Hyatt website or mobile application or by telephone.

Sheraton D Cube City brings back strawberry dessert buffet
The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s unlimited strawberry dessert buffet, “All about Strawberries,” will be available starting December. The special buffet features a variety of strawberry desserts, including the strawberry lemon mascarpone tart in which plenty of fresh strawberries are piled on top of lemon mascarpone cream and a deep dark chocolate mousse cake which has a strawberry and raspberry filling. All About Strawberries is also set to offer various savory foods including Korean stir-fried rice cake, chorizo squid zucchini salad, olives, chicken karaage and more, served with unlimited coffee or tea.
