The special space created by the history of the Naval port and the beauty of the cherry blossoms, and the Jinhae Gunhangje, which unfolds in it, are recognized by the world as a festival with a solid story.

After 10 a.m., many people take photos of Jinhae’s main cherry blossom attractions, responding to the bright spring greetings handed by the cherry blossoms in Jinhae.

No matter who comes alone or with family, lovers or friends, Jinhae’s cherry blossoms don’t lose that bright smile.

Seems like Jinhae is the happiest place in the world during the Gunhangje Festival. Lying on the sunbeds of the Gyeonghwa Station Park, feeling the sunlight through the cracks in which tens of thousands of cherry blossoms have been obscured will also be a new cherry blossom play that can only be felt during the Jinhae Gunhangje Festival.

Restaurants around the venue are busy. It seems that the Jinhae Gunhangje Festival is giving a lot of life to the local business community.

There are many hidden restaurants in Jinhae. At Jinhae Central Market, you can taste fresh fish.

At Bokgaecheon Jibap Street on the road from Jungwon Rotary to Yeojwacheon Stream, visitors can enjoy the authentic taste of house rice and meet the long history of gukbap restaurants in the Gyeongwha market. Jinhae’s food is as plentiful as the full bloom of cherry blossoms.

After sunset, Jinhae Gunhangje offers a different feeling than during the day. The Yeojwacheon Starlight Festival, which will be lit at 7 p.m., is reminiscent of the cherry blossom path in heaven led by angels.

The 1.5-kilometer-long Yeojwacheon Stream’s emotional lighting and structure create a cherry blossom path that brings back people who came during the day.

The edge of the Yeojwacheon Stream, decorated with colorful umbrellas, does not go against visitors’ expectations.

The emotional glow created in the Jehwangsan Park, also known as Mount Owl that climbs up monorails, is catching visitors’ feet until sunrise time the following day.

Major Jinhae Gunhangje Festival events are also expected to begin this week. The multimedia maritime firework show, which will be held at the port of Sokcheeon at 8 p.m. on April 4, will be a splendid time that connects the sea and sky of Jinhae Bay.

On the day of the fireworks show, the Naval Education Command will be opened from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. even at night to increase the convenience of parking for visitors.

At 2:30 p.m. on April 5, an air show of the Air Force’s special flight team, Black Eagles, will be held over the Bukwon Rotary and Jinhae bay.

The air show, which will feature the 8th fleet of the T-50B aircraft, will flood the sky over the cherry blossoms in Jinhae. As there will be a preliminary flight at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the 5th, there is already a tip that noise can be generated at this time through local schools and administrative welfare centers, but it needs to be understood by citizens.

The Jinhae Military Music Field Festival will open at 7 p.m. on April 5 at Jinhae Public Stadium and run until April 7.

Night performances will be held at 7 p.m. from April 5 to 7, while daytime performances will be held at 3 p.m. on April 6 and 7.

Military bands such as Army, Navy, Marine corps Air Force, Eighth U.S. Army’s military bands, and Yeomgwang High School’s Maching Band will participate in the event, which will provide a special opportunity for visitors to see demonstration performances of each military band performing in one place.

The 57th Jinhae Gunhangje Festival, which runs until this weekend despite a rather chilly spring wind, is expected to continue its run for the visitors who want to enjoy all of these.
