Lonely Planet, the travel magazine of the United States, cited Korea as one of the Lonely Planet has set up the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (Pyeongchang Winter Olympics) as a reason to recommend Korea to the top 10 countries to visit in 2018.
“It will be easier to see the Olympic Games due to the newly opened high-speed railway (with the PyeongChang Winter Olympics),” Lonely Planet said. “(South Korea) is a playground that draws modernity from Asia.”
