On October 4, MusicBank was held in Gangneung city. I also went there with 80 customers who booked through HaB Korea. It was my first time to go to a music show like this, so I was surprised to see so many KPOP fans all over the world, and how close I got to see singers live!
I took a photo after receiving entrance bracelets with HaB Korea customers. Luckily, HaB Korea was the first to enter the concert hall of all travel agencies. How lucky we were! The customers were so excited to see their favorite singers right in front of their eyes.
You may not know how many foreign fans were with HaB Korea on this day without actually going to the site. Fans of such diverse nationalities as Austria, Australia, the United States, France and Israel, as well as close China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines and Thailand participated.
There were various fans because many singers such as TWICE, Seventeen, Red Velvet, NCT Dream, Baek Ji-young and Rocket Punch had decided to star in Music Bank. It was a really rare chance to get to see all the famous singers altogether.
Although it could have been really hard to wait for hours, fans didn’t seem to be tired and took pictures while waiting for their singer with excitement.
One thing that surprised me was that foreign fans even study the Korean language because of their interest in KPOP. A lot of foreign fans spoke Korean surprisingly well. There were some who even came to Korea to study abroad. Personally, it was a day to see how much influence culture could have.
We got to see the stage of Twice’s new song “Feel Special”
Can you see how close we got to see them? They were just right in front of us!
How beautiful they are 🙂
Twice’s popularity was beyond imagination. There was even a fan who had booked and flown from the USA only to see Musicbank which Twice had planned to star in. Looking close, Twice members were so beautiful that I knew why they were so popular all over the world.
It must have been really hard to stand at the front row for hours, but fans couldn’t calm down even after the show was over. Seeing their happy smile made me think that I would like to work harder to get the chance to sell tickets for more concerts in the future. Thanks to worldwide fans of KPOP, it was a really happy day for me as well to experience KPOP.
Red Velvet in colorful costumes as always! They were so pretty and cute.
