Led by head coach Park Hang-seo, Vietnam was honored with the victory at the Suzuki Cup in 10 years.
Vietnam beat Malaysia 1-0 in the second round of the 2018 AFF Suzuki Cup final at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Vietnam, which drew 2-2 in the first round, won the title with a combined score of 3-2 in the first and second rounds. It is the first win in 10 years since 2008. Park Hang-seo, the coach of Vietnam’s national soccer team, said, “Park Hang-seo Magic” is proved of his victory in the Suzuki Cup.
