The Panmunjom of Korea, which has been named as the North Korean-American summit by US President Donald Trump since the success of the April 27 Inter-Korean summit.
Joint security zone (JSA) film set in KOFIC Namyangju Studios, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (about 1-hour driving distance from Seoul) is getting attention as a date course among young Koreans.
These days, various SNS have come up with photos of their once-in-a-lifetime photos in that place.

‘Joint Security Area (JSA)’ movie was filmed on this set. The set includes four offices of the Military Armistice Commission and Panmunghak on the North Korea side. The Military Armistice Committee’s office building and the Military Demarcation Line (MDL) tile installed on the floor are made, and at first glance, it can not be distinguished from the actual Panmunjom in Paju. It was the background of the film ‘Joint Security Area – JSA’ which Park Chan-wook’s movie opened in 2000.
The family, lovers and friends who visited here are taking the same pose and leaving a memorial picture as Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong-un’s Inter-Korean summit 2018.
The set in the photos that they put on their SNS account is the same as the actual place from the concrete north and south division lines to the signboards that are located on both sides.
Waiting for the day to actually step on the north and south division line of Panmunjom, the lover, family and friends are not inclined to leave ‘life shot’ together.
