Referral Program

HaB Korea Users can earn HaB Credits if: (i) a referred friend completes a Qualifying Reservation.
The referring HaB Korea User will be credited with the “HaB Credits” amount described in the accompanying promotional materials.
Users may earn a maximum of $1,000 USD “HaB Credits” per each booking.

A Qualifying Reservation must have a total value (excluding handling fees or taxes) of at least $300 (or its local currency equivalent* if we support it). It must be booked and paid for HaB Korea, and the referred friend must complete the tour before the HaB Korea User can receive “HaB Credits”.

We will send you the notice via email when you earn your credit point by your referral. You can redeem your credits when the “HaB Credits” reach the amount of USD 100. (handling fees and taxes will be excluded from the credits)

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

HaB Korea may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove “HaB Credits” if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the HaBKorea.com website, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
