Seoul expects the first snow tomorrow!

In the evening of November 21 Seoul, the temperature is expected to drop further due to high pressure from the continent that is expanding in the northwestern region.

Rain falling from the morning is likely to be mixed or completely changed to snow as the temperature gradually moves toward the temperature of 2 degrees below zero.
