It snowed in Seoul since the morning of the 24th November as the first snow this winter. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), the amount of snow falling in Seoul is 8.8 centimeters, the highest ever in history as the first snow.

As a result, the Seoul area was once covered with heavy snow warnings, but now snow clouds have been lifted in eastern Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Province and North Chungcheong Province.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the snow cloud has cut from west to east, with 8.8 centimeters of snow falling in Seoul, 9 centimeters in Uijeongbu and 8.1 centimeters in Pocheon.

In the afternoon, there will be up to 8 centimeters more snow in Yeongseo, Gangwon Province, and mountainous areas, and 2 to 5 centimeters of snow in southern Gyeonggi and northern North Gyeongsang Province, which will likely turn snow into rain.

Moreover, the low temperature is expected to rise to 9 degrees in Seoul, 13 degrees in Gwangju, 9 degrees in Daegu, and 14 degrees in Busan.
