Please hold your ticket to Re-enter. You may be asked to present your ticket at the exit.

Once the performance starts, the entry will be restricted. You may only enter the venue with the instruction of operating staffs not to disturb the others.

Food and beverages(except mineral water), bottles, fireworks, laser pointers, pets and balloons are not allowed. Any inappropriate behaviors to other visitors may be stopped by our staff.

Please note that children under the age of 7 are not allowed to enter.

Check your booking status on your account dashboard after your booking, once your booking confirmed, your booking status changed to ‘Approved’. This order status page is your eVoucher. Please print it out or capture it just in case you need it.

04. Enjoy your time

Great performance!

Show your eVoucher to the field staff at your pickup location and enjoy your special time. Please be punctual, the shuttle bus will be leaving on time.  

Important Notice

  • For foreigners ONLY and Adult and Child, prices are the same (Child under 15 years needs to come with their Guardian)
  • Please bring your passport for verification purposes when you redeem your tickets
  • Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of departure. The bus will not wait for those who are late.
  • Concert seats will be randomly distributed on the 2nd floor. You will get the ticket on the day! (Seats cannot be selected)
  • The itinerary is subjected to traffic and weather condition.
  • Please provide in the SPECIAL REQUEST about ALL participants’ Full NAME, NATIONALITY, and One contact Local Number or Messanger ID (WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, Kakaotalk or etc.) for an emergency.
  • Please understand you need to get off the same place that you were picked up from.
  • The venue for the activity is not wheelchair and stroller accessible
