Gyeongbokgung Palace
Korea’s National Historic Site No. 117
Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because its location is furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace) Palace. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful and remains the largest of all five palaces.
The premises were once destroyed by fire during the Imjin War (Japanese Invasions, 1592-1598). However, all of the palace buildings were later restored under the leadership of Heungseondaewongun during the reign of King Gojong (1852-1919).
Remarkably, the most representative edifices of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, and Hyangwonjeong Pond have remained relatively intact. Woldae and the sculptures of Geunjeongjeon (The Royal Audience Chamber) represent past sculptures of contemporary art.
The National Palace Museum of Korea is located south of Heungnyemun Gate, and the National Folk Museum is located on the eastern side of Hyangwonjeong.

The photographer will take the initiative to contact the guests before the trip, which makes people feel at ease. The shooting process is also fun and serious. It is a highly recommended itinerary.
This is the first time for our family of three to travel to South Korea. We rented Hanfu in the morning and toured around Gyeongbokgung Palace. Daniel was our photographer this time. We had communicated on WhatsApp beforehand and we gathered at the scenic spot on time in the afternoon. Daniel is very familiar with the environment of Gyeongbokgung Palace. He warmed up with us before starting the photography. The shooting angle was very beautiful and the children were in good condition. In addition to taking photos, he also took some short videos with us. The 1-hour photography experience was very good. . By the next day we had already obtained a lot of usable photos. This photography session was very important to us because we wanted to take some family photos with the children, and the photos taken by Daniel were in our favorite style and also captured the children.
