Beautiful Jeju Island, which was designated as a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO, is also an iconic tourist spot that first comes to the mind of people who are thinking about traveling to an exotic landscape.
Jeju is an island of illusion that comes to mind when you want to leave the burdens of reality, or want to experience true healing by immersing yourself in untainted nature. The beautiful landscape of Jeju, which is also one of the top seven natural landscapes in the world, can be experienced by watching the impressive sunrise on Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, visiting Jeju Jeolmul Natural Recreation Forest, which is connected by a lush forest path of Japanese cedar trees, and Seopjikoji, which is a site frequently used for filming dramas and movies.
The dazzling unexplored sights continue at Dragon Head Shore, which was created by the endless crashing of waves against the shore cliffs, and the Soesokkak Estuary, a mysterious gift of nature. Cute teddy bears and the opportunity to taste sweet-and-sour Jeju tangerines are also special presents that visitors can only experience on Jeju Island. Have an unforgettable experience on Jeju Island, a picturesque getaway where pretty pictures can be taken at any spot.

We’ve just finished our tour with Mr Mickey at Jeju. It has been such a wonderful and pleasant trip.
Through his impeccable service and cheerful character, he has brought upon smiles on our faces from the start of the trip even until the evening when we left Jeju.
We were extremely satisfied with the tour and would like to express our heartfelt compliment to Mr Mickey and the tour agency for giving us such a great experience in Jeju.
Mr Mickey’s services highly exceeded what was expected from us, from providing snacks and food every morning in case we were hungry to planning the itininerary for the next day to see if we could futher visit many more places in Jeju in order to optimise our time there.
His cheerful character has very much contributed to the positive experience we had, both knowledgable and humorous, he brough us laughter and smiles throughout the trip. We could feel his passion in the job and how much he loved being a tour guide in Jeju.
We would like to show our appreciation and gratitude on the services you have rendered us so far.
We arrived at Jeju international airport around lunch time and we were greeted by a 13 degrees Celcius weather. According to our guide, Ms. Lydia, that was one of the hottest winter days that they have experienced. We went straight to lunch and had an all-seafood feast. Everything was fresh especially the octopus and abalones. And, of course, a Korean meal will not be complete without a wide variety of side dishes. Tangerine trees in bloom were everywhere. The tangerines are to die for. And, if you have a chance to pick them by yourself, it’s a definitely must-try experience! We checked out The Seaes Hotel & Resort to take pictures of some shoot locations of Korean shows. After, we went to the Green Tea Maze Park and fortunately found our way out just in time before the sun set. The next day, we hiked Mt. Hallasan with no sweat (literally, not figuratively) because of the cold weather. We visited a Roman Catholic church shortly after where a Korean version of the beautiful mother & child (Mama Mary & baby Jesus) was located. We visited Teseum, which is a famed teddy bear safari museum. Next stop was Nexon which is a computer museum where the evolution of computers were displayed, and we also got a chance to go down memory lane and played arcade. Trick & Ice museum almost drained our camera’s battery. Do not miss out on the ice slide. It was super fun but freezing cold. The next day, our first stop was the place where you can find the only train on the island, Eco Land! You can hop off different stations and snap as many photos as you wish and just wait for the train to take you to your next stops. After that, we visited the Sangumburi crater, which is also a beautiful spot where you can enjoy a view of fields of brown grass. Your Jeju trip will not be complete if you will not visit the Seongsan Sunrise Peak. You can get a glimpse of Udo Island from Seongsan Sunrise Peak too. The women divers have scheduled shows but unfortunately, the winds were too strong and the waves were so huge when we were there so the show was canceled. Jeju island is also very famous for their black pork. We visited a traditional market to buy souvenirs and of course, tangerines!!!
This Jeju trip is one for the books. Be sure to have lots of batteries for your camera/phone to be always ready to document everything. Use your trusty shoes because I tell you, you will do lots of walking. Be in weather-appropriate clothes so always check weather advisories because they are almost 100% accurate.
