“Clear weather is expected on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but there will be no snow,” Ban Ki-song, managing director at Kweather, a private weather service provider, told YTN.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), early morning temperatures will fall below freezing across the country on the two days.
Since the KMA started meteorological observations in 1973, Seoul has had a white Christmas in 1980, 1986, 1990, 2000, 2002, 2005, 2009, 2012 and 2015.
