On Saturday, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, announced that it will hold the 15th Yeongdeungpo Yeoido Spring Flower Festival on the back of the National Assembly from April 5-11, near Yeouido Football Stadium in Yeouido.

At this year’s festival, 1,886 pink king cherry blossom trees will fill the 1.7-kilometer section with Yeouido. In addition, there are 87,000 spring flowers from 13 different species, including forsythia and azalea.

Also, during the Spring Flower Festival, even vehicles on nearby roads are controlled, allowing visitors to enjoy romantic dates while enjoying quiet “flower paths.”

Various cultural art programs are prepared for those who come to see the flowers at the Han River Park spring flower stage.

Among them, the first day of the festival will be held at 7 p.m. on April 5 with popular singers such as Kim Tae-woo and BOL4.

On the last day of the 11th, at 6 p.m. on the 11th April, the government plans to wrap up the project in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the provisional government of the Republic of Korea, adding to the significance.
